We are committed to ensuring you receive a perfect product. Due to the nature of our items, we do not accept returns for a refund or general exchanges based on a change of mind.
Damages and Issues (Replacements Only)
If the product you receive is defective, damaged, or you received the wrong item, we will happily send you a free replacement.

How to Request a Replacement:

Please submit a photo of the damaged or incorrect item to team@allinlid.com.

Include your order number and the color/style of your preferred replacement in the email.

Resolution: Upon review and approval, we will ship a new replacement item to you right away, in your color of choice.
Important Exceptions

We do not offer a 30-day return period for refunds. All sales are final.

We only process replacements for items that are demonstrably defective, damaged, or incorrect upon arrival.

Items must be in the same condition as received.
