Refund policy

We are committed to ensuring you receive a perfect product. Due to the nature of our items, we do not accept returns for a refund or general exchanges based on a change of mind.

 

Damages and Issues (Replacements Only)

If the product you receive is defective, damaged, or you received the wrong item, we will happily send you a free replacement.

  • Eligibility: You must notify us immediately upon receiving your order.

  • How to Request a Replacement:

    1. Please submit a photo of the damaged or incorrect item to team@allinlid.com.

    2. Include your order number and the color/style of your preferred replacement in the email.

  • Resolution: Upon review and approval, we will ship a new replacement item to you right away, in your color of choice.

 

Important Exceptions

  • We do not offer a 30-day return period for refunds. All sales are final.

  • We only process replacements for items that are demonstrably defective, damaged, or incorrect upon arrival.

  • Items must be in the same condition as received.
